AmeriHealth has partnered with providers (listed below) who combine virtual care with tailored care models and expertise to ensure our members with eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and chronic mental health challenges get the right care to make recovery possible.

Find the right support quickly

AmeriHealth offers behavioral health care navigation services to help our members quickly connect with care that meets their or their dependent’s needs. Our trained Behavioral Health team is available to:

  • Assess and understand members’ needs and provide information about treatment options
  • Identify in-network providers and directly connect members to care
  • Provide in-the-moment support during tough times
  • Connect members to the right resources to ensure the coordination of their or their dependent’s physical and behavioral health needs, including AmeriHealth Case Management for ongoing support

Members should call the number on the back of their AmeriHealth ID card under Mental Health or 1-800-809-9954 to reach our Behavioral Health team.

Specialty resources*

AmeriHealth has partnered with the following behavioral health providers to ensure our members have access to quality behavioral health care, including talk therapy, medication management, and more.

Members can reach out to these providers directly or call the number on the back of their AmeriHealth ID card under Mental Health to reach our behavioral health team, who can screen them for behavioral health conditions as well as connect them to care that fits their unique needs.

Equip (eating disorders)

Equip provides virtual care for eating disorders using a family-based treatment approach. They offer comprehensive support from a care team, including a therapist, dietician, and medical provider.

Quartet Medical

Quartet Medical is a virtual provider specializing in caring for members with serious mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and major depression. Talk therapy, medication, and case management services are provided.

NOCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder)

NOCD is a virtual provider offering specialty therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
