- Get more information such as languages, ages treated, accepting new patients, gender, handicap accessible

- View and print a dentist’s location on a map and directions

New Jersey individuals and families
Search the Advantage Plus 2.0 Network.
New Jersey small and large employer standalone dental plans
Groups that renewed prior to August 1, 2024, follow these guidelines:
If you are enrolled in a small employer dental PPO plan, select the Advantage Plus 2.0 Network.
Groups that renewed after August 1, 2024, follow these guidelines:
If you are enrolled in an employer dental PPO or EPO plan, select the AmeriHealth Dental PPO Network.
If you are enrolled in an employer Managed Dental Care plan, select the AmeriHealth Managed Care Network.
Pennsylvania-based employers
Groups that renewed prior to July 1, 2024, follow these guidelines:
If you are enrolled in a small employer medical HMO plan, a Keystone Dental Rider, or the Adult Managed Care dental plan, select the Keystone DHMO Network.
Groups that renewed after July 1, 2024, follow these guidelines:
If you are enrolled in a small employer medical HMO plan or a Keystone Dental Rider, select the AmeriHealth Managed Care Network.
Please note: Managed Dental Care plans require the selection of a Primary Dental Office (PDO) from the Plan’s dental Managed Care network. The member’s PDO provides routine care and arranges or provides most other necessary and appropriate Dental services. Except for emergency services, benefits are covered only when provided or properly referred by the member’s PDO. The manner of accessing benefits through the PDO is made clear in the terms of the Group Contract and Certificate of Coverage.
