Your AmeriHealth Care Card is a convenient way to save money and access your annual AmeriHealth rewards allowance — and, for our new AmeriHealth Medicare Classic HMO plan, your quarterly over-the-counter (OTC) benefit allowance. Your AmeriHealth Care Card is separate from your AmeriHealth member ID card and comes activated. Simply swipe your card and select credit — no pin is needed!

AmeriHealth rewards
Doing the right thing for your health can come with rewards: AmeriHealth rewards! As an AmeriHealth Medicare Advantage member, you are eligible for rewards allowance to be used on items/services from some of your favorite retailers.
Start with your Annual Wellness Visit
It all begins with the Annual Wellness Visit, which is available at no cost when you use an eligible provider.
After that, you can earn additional rewards dollars for completing eligible activities that help you stay on track with your health.
Important dates to know
This allowance must be used in the calendar year. Complete and report your activities, then redeem your allowance — all before December 31, 2027.
How to claim your rewards
Claim online: Go to mybenefitscenter.com.
Claim by phone: Claim your AmeriHealth rewards allowance by calling the AmeriHealth Member Help Team at the number on the back of your member ID card. Representatives are available seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. On weekends and holidays from April 1 through September 30, your call may be sent to voicemail.
OTC Benefit Allowance
For select plans, your OTC products can play an important role in your health and wellness. As an AmeriHealth Medicare Classic HMO member, you receive a $30 quarterly allowance for eligible OTC items on your AmeriHealth Care Card.
Use your allowance to purchase eligible products such as cold and allergy medications, first aid supplies, blood pressure monitors, vitamins, minerals, and more at participating retailers.
With your OTC allowance and AmeriHealth rewards allowance loaded onto the same card, it's easy to access the benefits you've earned.

Shop at a participating store or from home!
- Order online and in-store: Go to mybenefitscenter.com for a list of participating retailers/products, as well as to order online. All you need is your AmeriHealth Care Card number to log in.
- Order by phone: Call CVS at 1-833-287-0314 (TTY/TDD: 711), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Your OTC benefit allowance is preloaded quarterly (every three months) and will not roll over to the next benefit period. Your OTC benefit will be available for use on the first day of each quarter:
- January 1 through March 31
- April 1 through June 30
- July 1 through September 30
- October 1 through December 31
