The Provider Network Services (PNS) team within AmeriHealth supports hospitals, individual community professional providers, and ancillary entities across New Jersey and certain counties within the greater Philadelphia area in Pennsylvania.
- New Jersey providers: Use the PNS Contact Tool below to locate and contact your designated Provider Partnership Associate at AmeriHealth.
- Pennsylvania providers: Please complete a Provider Network Services inquiry request form and submit to ahpnsproviderrequests@amerihealth.com. An AmeriHealth Provider Partnership Associate will be assigned to respond to your inquiry within 30 days.
